We ask that you please place your order 1 WEEK or more in advance from the date you need it.


ALLERGIES

Please note that we are not considered a nut-free or gluten-free environment, but take proper pre-cautious and sanitization when accepting gluten-free and nut-free orders. Sweets by Gabrielle accepts no responsibility for any allergy-related issues arising from the consumption of any products.

DEPOSIT

A deposit will need to be provided after order confirmation (please allow 24 hours for order confirmation). The deposit in non-refundable under any circumstance and secures your order.


CANCELLATION & LATE FEES (Pick-Ups)

Scheduling a pick-up time must be organized prior to your pick-up. Failure to arrive on time for your scheduled pick-up will result in rescheduling your pick-up time at the convenience and availability of Gabrielle. Late pick-ups are considered any pick-ups arriving later than the 15-minute window after the scheduled pick-up time. Orders still not picked-up after 1 hour of scheduled pick-up will be considered cancelled.
