ORDERS & ALLERGIES

We ask that you please place your order 1 WEEK or more in advance from the date you need it. Please note that we are not considered a nut-free or gluten-free environment, but take proper pre-cautious and sanitization when accepting gluten-free and nut-free orders. Sweets by Gabrielle accepts no responsibility for any allergy related issues arising from consumption of any products.

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?

If you are consuming your products on the same day of purchase, keep them at room temperature for up to an 8-hour period. If you are consuming your products outside the 8-hour period or the following day, please keep your products refrigerated and remove them from the fridge 3-4 hours in advance to allow the buttercream to soften before consumption. If you plan to consume your order on a future date from your pick-up, you may freeze your order for up to 2 months. Remove your frozen order from the freezer 24 hours in advance and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the product to sit for at least 3-4 hours at room temperature before consumption.

ORDER PICK-UP POLICY

Scheduling a pick-up time must be organized prior to your pick-up. Failure to arrive on time for your scheduled pick-up will result in rescheduling your pick-up time at the convenience and availability of Gabrielle. Late pick-ups are considered any pick-ups arriving later than the 15-minute window after the scheduled pick-up time.

Any remaining balance payments must be made at the time of or prior to your pick-up. All orders remain the property of Sweets by Gabrielle until all funds have been paid.

Gabrielle accepts no responsibility for any damage that may occur to products during transportation once the order is picked up.

DELIVERY POLICY

A delivery fee will be applied if this service is requested. The fee is based on location of delivery. Payment for all delivery orders must be paid no less than 24 hours before the delivery date. Failure to pay the remaining balance of your order will result in your order being cancelled and deposit paid will be forfeited. All orders remain the property of Sweets by Gabrielle until all funds have been paid.

DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY

A deposit will need to be provided after order confirmation (please allow 24 hours for order confirmation). The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance and secures your order. In some cases, if your order is canceled up to 1 months in advance, your deposit can be used towards a new order (this is not applicable for orders canceled the month of the scheduled event date).

CANCELLATION & REVISION POLICY

If you cancel your cake order, for any reason, your deposit paid will be forfeited. Only minor changes can be made to your order up to 10 days from your order date. No changes to your order can be made 7 days from your order date. If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of your order date, FULL remaining balance will still remain "owing" and all items must still be collected on the scheduled pick-up date and time. This includes delivery items that will remain scheduled and delivered on the scheduled date and time.
